When I am able to assist Alex and provide a positive and fast solution.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment and culture are diverse and accepting. The culture is truly welcoming and encouraging.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is solid and functions on our own pretty well. we are all there for each other and do our best each day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to really value their team and try to do what is best for their team and provide us with the tools needed to do our jobs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel for the amount of work we do, the type of work and value we provide to our SBS clients we need to be paid a higher rate. Raises are minimal and not enough, especially with the increased cost of living. Free food and perks are all great but that is not helping to put gas in our cars.
