The leadership team is transparent and communicates regularly to ensure we are knowledgeable about what is happening at ADP and in the market. The leadership team is also supportive of associate needs.

My team always has my back; we are supportive of one another and will do anything to help one another. They are the reason I've stayed at ADP as long as I have.
