Looking forward to getting to work on new & cool tech, and knowing that what I do each day makes a difference to others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communicate frequently with global town halls, as well as divisional and departmental so associates are informed as to major initiatives, how we "fit in" to the big picture, as well as recognizing superstar employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people I tend to work with well are our high performers, very creative and lean into innovation. This is inspiring, and we can debate ideas and yet I know we respect each other professionally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The number of business resource groups that we have, where anyone can build a professional network and learn new things and grow their career. The mentoring opportunities, both as a mentor and mentee were also very helpful.
