skillsets, professionalism, make it happen approach, results oriented, we care for each other and have our backs

Clear vision, execution consistent with that vision and the true care for us as persons, not just associates
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am sure that I have the lowers salary across my peers. Not sure the reason, maybe age, maybe I grow quickly in the organization... but I do think I am paid under the range and average of my peers
