I have had a wonderful experience at ADP during my 12 years. Like anyone else I have had ups and downs, but more ups. I have stayed positive, tried and true. I am loyal and will give 110% when I walk thru the doors / login. Its not just a paycheck for me, its truly the people I work with and SLT

I think there candidness and being unafraid to address tough situations.

The feeling of not being micro managed and trusted I will do my job well and I like to mentor associates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't think I am undervalued, I think ADP does great job with compensation however, I think the scale could be re-adjusted for tenured associates.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are so many people from different walks of life and you never know who you are going to bump into and meet, so always look the part and be prepared.
