They are very human, they care about people and whilst committed to the goals we have, they never forget about us as people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been in different roles and always on the "low" side of the pay range. It´s not the compensation itself that doesn´t make me happy, it´s more the lack of clarity all over around the range
