I have had multiple opportunities to grow within my role and have been in 3 different roles since joining due to excelling in performance and being provided opportunities for advancement. Leadership is aware of your work and value what you add to the company. Best job and company so far!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
compared to other jobs on the market, other companies are paying $5-$10 more an hour for the same position and responsibilities.

They treat us as people, individuals and not just an employee number. They care and do their best to get to know us

Everyone is so welcoming, inviting, inclusive and you never feel judged. Seeing and interacting with my team makes it one of the highlights of going to work everyday!

The environment, the people, the leaders, the friends I have made, the opportunities to learn from each other, the events, the appreciation & recognition events, the comfortable work space
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team takes the time to make you feel included, calling you by your name and making the effort to get to know you. I always feel at home and like I belong. Never like a number or just filling a seat.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Knowing that we work hard and we really do get paid well and provided opportunities for pay increases, at times it feels like we could be paid slightly better especially in these hard financial times. It can make it difficult to put towards your benefit deductions without an increase.
