I love the positivity of my team. It makes coming into the office easier. This is not a toxic workplace which is awesome.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Recognition of cultural holidays is one the best indicators that a company cares about it's people. ADP does this and more. I especially love the fact that volunteer work is encouraged.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that my immediate leadership team treats me like a person. John Meadows and Jess Borai are the best managers I think that I have ever had. I appreciate their concern. It makes me work harder. Thanks! David Rodriquez is also a great team lead.
