I've had an exciting and rewarding career at ADP so far. It has been full of opportunity, I have formed so many incredible relationships/friendships and I get to lean into my strengths on a daily basis to make a difference in the lives of others. It's been a really fulfilling experience.

Their focus on diversity and inclusion during a time where our country is so divided.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are really talented and hard-working, empathetic and caring, and we genuinely care about each other on a personal level on top of respecting each other on a professional level.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have always respected our leadership, but they have led us exceptionally well through the pandemic and ongoing social unrest - and have been really focused on mental health and other ways to make sure that we are happy and healthy. I'm really grateful for their leadership.
