I feel a sense of accomplishment with my tasks and commitment to my work, however, the opportunities to grow and pursuit other roles is very limited for those who work remotely (country without office). That makes me feel excluded.

When there's a new project assigned.

The new director wanting to get to know every single one of the associates.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation includes the basic I need to do a god job, salary, health insurance, pc, mobile phone.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There's not much to do. I'm home office based and the rest of the team is office based in a different country.
