Because I was hoping that we'll be paid a little bit more but all is okay.

Compared to my colleagues working in payroll or tech support but with a different company, their pay's a little higher.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're very supportive, understanding and motivating. People you will really look up to and respect, admire and gain knowledge from. They lead by example and good habit.
