ADP is a great company to work for. I greatly appreciate the hybrid schedule, as it allows for a better work/life balance. The base pay could be better in today's economy, however the commission structure is excellent. My VP and SE are very open to employees' thoughts and input, and make work fun.

In today's economy, the base salary is not reflective of the cost of living.

Very open and inclusive to employees. They appreciate employee feedback and show that employees' voices/opinions are heard

Our team is very friendly and always willing to help each other out - whether assisting each other on demos, speaking to clients, helping explain product. We work cohesively as a team.
