There is often times a feeling of being in it together.

Our team pitches in to help each other out. We also work well without management intervention.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is good that we have insurance - it would cost a lot more for our health needs if we didn't.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Generally, there is an open door policy of collaboration. They also attempt to be transparent about changes and the state of the organization.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel happiest when I have accomplished a task or finished a project that I have worked hard on completing. I feel elated when I actually get acknowledgement for the work that I do.
