My team is very helpful and forthcoming with information. They are always willing to extend assistance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I compare similar companies offerings and feel ADP's compensation could be more commensurate to my knowledge and skillsets.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The camaraderie spirit. You find that within your small work group. BRGs help to build that same spirit outside of the specific work group.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am still learning about ADP and the leadership team. They seem to be concerned about the employees. I am sure they work hard to gauge employee sentiment, as shown through roundtables and surveys.
