Coming from another similar job elsewhere , ADP made me feel like I picked up where I left off, instead of feeling like I was starting over
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My pay as well as the pay of my associates is really based on the job they do, and their experience. ADP clearly has global market statistics that allow our HR/Comp teams and tools to reward and pay well
