What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are encouraged and supported to be their true selves. The culture is one of openness and encouragement. I've also never worked anywhere before where I can say everyone I have come into contact with (and this is globally and over my 7 years at ADP and various roles) is as helpful and friendly
