Starting a new position is never easy, I have been provided copious training, an amazing caring mentor and been placed in a great team. Technology has been challenging, and as frustrating as that has gotten at times the team all chips in to help overcome those challenges.

Team support, the comradery and concern for my success is shared by my immediate team as well as extended teammates - whether from another region, division or training cohort, I have run into very few who don't go above and beyond!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The personal touch! I've worked in a few companies since re-entering the workforce and have found my tribe at ADP. From my first experience of VP's recognizing me, greeting me by name and welcoming me I have felt at home. The support and care of leadership flows throughout the organization.
