I don't feel appreciated, my managers during the years didn't fight for me or helped me to evolve, they preferred to bring someone from outside who I needed to train eventually... I don't feel that my work and experience are valued, I don't have a career plan or a vision, only favorites are promoted

My manager doesn't help me, he has favorites, he's not interested in my growth Unfortunately the manager has to change but this will not happen, in addition this is the type of manager promoted in ADP
