When coming to work for ADP, I was told we grew our internal talent and it's proven to be that. It's been incredible to have been able to experience and lead in as many functions as I have been while at ADP given its span across markets. While no business is perfect, ADP really strives to be.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The development we put into our people, management's philosophy around supporting their teams/people and the ability to grow internally through BRGs, development programs and working in different BUs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love working with my team because they care truly about one another and our business. It shows in how they come together with diverse backgrounds and skills to excel.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's known - and we saw it in our attrition - that ADP is a conservative company when it comes to compensation. While compensation is not the only motivator, it's important to keep our top talent especially as they stay longer with ADP, and unless making major moves, will not see a major increase.
