What makes you most happy at work?
Solving problems for my teammates so that they can service our clients to the best of their ability! It makes me happy to know that I can tinker and be creative, and it actually makes an impact.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has your back. Everyone is willing to help, even if it's not "their job" or in their domain. There's a celebration of the contributions that we make as individuals without sacrificing the idea that we win as a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
ADP does seem to strive for diversity, even if it is within the bounds of traditional (i.e old) HR practices. I appreciate that they are somewhat transparent about how they're trying to make the changes required to make this space more welcoming and inclusive.
