What makes you most happy at work?
My clients are internal. I enjoy problem solving and bringing them joy even with satisfying simple requests. It sounds corny but by doing that I feel they can concentrate on satisfying external customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I truly appreciate how much consideration there is for associates as a whole person, considering everything about us; professional strengths, personal care, financial planning, and family needs. I tell everyone I can about how ADP cares for each associate.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Each member of my team brings a unique strength to the group. I enjoy exchanging and learning from each member. I also appreciate the level of Respect we have for each other. It's a small team so when someone needs assistance, we are there to support.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leadership team. I appreciate the expertise they bring to the table. As a result, I can concentrate on my job and not concern myself with what's next and worry about our future. They are competent and consider all aspects of our Company and our role in the community.
