I love the bonus structure. Not happy with the cost of benefits however.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have each others backs. I can ask any type of question and someone on my team generally knows the answer. They're caring and will help out whenever asked.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy that I have a "seat at the table". My ideas have been heard and I have been able to successfully implement programs and projects that positively improve NPS, client satisfaction and client retention.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy their enthusiasm and mission focus! Leadership is hands on and invested in us. I'm proud to be a part of the team and thankful for the opportunity to continually focus on improvements for now and the future!
