When first accepting the job, I thought I knew what I was in for and quickly found out it was not! However, the challenges and people along the way have kept me here. My manager is THEE best manager I've ever worked with and she truly is the top reason why I never walked away.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how caring and attentive they are when we bring up issues that interfere with us doing our best work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are work as one team! We may have individual clients to work with, but we all jump in to help when someone is stuck on an issue or question they cannot answer or solve.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone understand the hard grind that is needed to be successful and knows how overwhelming that can be. We all try to bring a smile, a laugh or understanding to everyone to help ease their day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a BSS, the role is not simply "call center" work. There is much involved as Project Manager (OE), Quality Analyst (discrepancy cases), Financial/Client Retention (invoice reconciliation) and Tech Support (WFN troubleshooting) that I do not believe is being considered for the pay of the BSS.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being the person that my clients need me to be in order to support them. Knowing that I am truly making a difference in their lives and their work. Knowing that although I'm "behind the scenes" to their employees, they also see the value in my work.
