There have been rough patches but overall I feel supported and like I have a future here. My only wish is that we had a better childcare program to offset the costs, especially since we have returned to the office. Inflation is at an all time high and this would really put us over the top.

I feel like we are treated as people first.

The diversity of personalities and the willingness that each of us have to protect and help each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am working from home haha and the days when I have more autonomy over my work day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay for performance model is fair and adequate. I LOVE the free on site health clinic. (Cannot stress that enough)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that they invest in me as much as I invest in myself. I feel that my success is their success. I feel supported in my goals
