My overall experience has been great but challenging. I'm learning to advocate for myself & take advantages of every opportunity that's presented to me. While not every leader has fulfilled my expectations, I've learned that ultimately, I have control of my future, & ADP has limitless opportunities
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
From peer to peer/co-worker to co-worker, everyone is positive towards each other, patient and have the willingness to teach each other. Overall, extremely Supportive.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning and knowing I have the opportunity to improve someone's experience by helping solve their technical issues and the opportunity to teach someone something they didn't know to help them work more efficiently.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is very hard working and I love that we all have the same goal and passion: to improve the user experience and build a more efficient user experience while using the platform we support.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In my GPT org, my leaders make me feel valued rather than a number. I didn't feel this in my pervious org and hear others in diff. orgs feel like numbers rather than valued as an employee. While I feel ADP is working towards a better future for us employees, there are still gaps needing prioritized.
