It's been 11 years and I still enjoy working at ADP. What has kept me here despite temptations during the Great Resignation has been how well ADP's values align to mine. I trust our leadership and am looking forward to our next chapter with Maria Black as CEO.

I love the relatability and diversity and also that they are long-time ADPers.

The annual Bonus and I love being at a OneADP location with perks like an onsite Dr.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my people be fulfilled by their work. I look forward to removing obstacles that keep them from doing their best work.
