ADP Overall has been a good place to work so far. I think if we made some updates to our comp, benefits, and ways of working (Tech, PTO, mental wellness) it would be the best place to work.
What makes you most happy at work?
The emphasis on work-life balance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how relaxed and down to earth our leaders are. Makes them relatable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Align compensation to the market, and actually make it competitive. Also, the majority of employees should receive equity in the company and not just at Dir level.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a high-performing team whose standard is always nothing short of excellent. We are the best at what we do and continue to find ways to continue being the best.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The BRGs. I wish there was more organization around how they are structured and run (varying differences depending on the BRGs), but having them excite me about our evolving culture. I feel like the culture has not shifted and evolved from an "in-person," "office" culture much.
