Everyone works hard and they are respectful of one another. We also have fun together.

They are approachable and make a deliberate effort to communicate their vision, mission, and goals with associates
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They communicate the importance of, and encourage a healthy work/life balance. A lot of companies say it's important, but they don't actually ensure there is a tone from the top, or policies in place to encourage it. ADP walks the talk.
