Being a large company we have a lot of offerings.

I think the higher leadership is good at communicating out initiatives and goals.

We are open to assisting each other with issues or questions and we have a good comradery
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having several friends in Client Success roles in other companies their compensation is higher and their time off benefits are better.
