What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Associates are valued and treated equitably. The physical office working environment is superb. Associates are genuinely helpful and treat each other with respect.
What makes you most happy at work?
Developing individuals and seeing them grow and progress their careers at ADP. Creating a strong brand for my department and celebrating success of associates
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Quality and quantity of associate communication - always engaging, relevant and timely. Leads with heart and runs the business well as evidenced by solid business performance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
By team I refer to my team of reports not peer group - high performing individuals, demonstrating the right behaviours and values to do the right thing by ADP, their clients and associates.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary I feel is ok (i.e. I'm satisfied it covers my needs) but not on a par with the marketplace given my level of responsibility and contribution. Other salaries are too low and we struggle to retain and recruit talent. Car Allowance is ridiculously low and out of touch with the market place
