Empowering and inspirational. I am able to work and deliver on my goals with their support.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to the rest of my team, I know I am a high performer and my leader only has a sum of money in the pot. The pot needs to be split for high perfomers and the rest to be fairly compensated, based on performance.
