It's been 25 years. I love this company. I am so happy our new CEO is Maria Black as our first female CEO. It means so much to me as a female leader and truly shows ADP is committed to DE&I. I would like to see more strong women leaders get promoted across all BUs but especially in GPT and GETS.

ADP is like a family with many tenured associates. For the most part, everyone is open to connect and share info for better collaboration.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have created a great culture where you are treated like family. Leaders are always available to mentor associates to prepare for their next role on Engineering.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All benefits are competitive. Paid 8 hour volunteer hours is my favorite. Free training in Udemy to keep my technical skills up to date is my favorite. Tuition reimbursement to support my learning.
