What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I do think representation matters and having Carlos at the helm was great! I look forward to our continued efforts in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not believe their is pay equity and effort to elevate Women of Color or Women in general. In the org, their is a boys club and it is discouraging to see men replace prominent female leaders, female leaders being by passed and know that my male counterparts in the same role get paid more.
