I am allowed to be who I am and honored for what I can bring to the table

They are people driven and care about the front line and what makes the clients come to ADP and Stay.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I used to love that I was bonus eligible until the pay grade was changed - at least in my current role I will have room for growth and ability to get more compensation
