What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the fact that we do inter-service activities kipling coffee time it's important to meet people from other services
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think that the management is mistaken in its choice of management at present, people are very isolated even when they come back to the site.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In the provincial agencies, we are paid less than the head office salary and we are given less consideration because we are not at the head office and they refuse to let us come to see our team members
