I think it's individual to your department and manager. People don't leave jobs, they leave management - I have good management in place!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have the most interaction with my team and the level above it - other than the summit meetings, I have no interaction with leadership and have to real way to reach them, if I desired to.
