Salary is quite good for where I live.
Energetic, cooperative and open to help.
The people are the most positive.
The drive and motivation surrounding the companies core values.
Time off and food/travel benefits.
Good pay for the location
Good people and nice culture.
The flexibility with insurances, tax free add-ons and time off.
Team works together and help each other out. Great people.
Our co-workers and the additional groups you can join at ADP.
They seem to do a great job hiring, at least in our office.
Spain benefits package is basically standard but to my eyes that seems quite good.
They are smart. They are fun. They are willing to work as a team.
Team helps each other out. Team socializes outside of work to help reduce stress.
Our teammates are professionals but also wonderful people. HR seems to generally know how to hire.
They clearly are successful at driving profit based results but beyond that there are huge gaps in information sharing, process improvement and technology.
My immediate co-workers are great and their attitude and comradery are one of the few things that really keep the work environment positive.
I'm a new employee and my coworkers definitely make me feel welcome and they also share information and tips that will be useful for my role.
The culture made by employees is great and the company is basically living off this instead of making any decent improvements over the last 2 years.
The best part was the flexibility and mobility. ADP is slowly scaling this back, to the detriment of their worker base and themselves.
Team is great. We have each other's back. There is obvious unrest among employees though due to poor communications and relationships with executive team.
The team is really what holds ADP together. We back and hold each other up constantly. If not for their help both in and out the office (after works), this place would be dismal.
The company culture if fantastic. There are many good people who work, or have worked, and created groups supporting things they value. There are many opportunities to join and take part in something beyond work.
There are many groups you can join and participate in to become a member of something new. Though I often think that if ADP tried to start these now that they never would have gotten off the ground.
Co-workers are the biggest strength of this company. Our teammates and folks we work with are great. They are helpful, nice and non-political. It about working together as a team to accomplish our work related goals and trying to have fun, if possible, while doing it.
Salary. They changed the food/travel perks recently and the program has become frustrating to use and impractical for most employees. Then they promoted the guy who was in charge of the HR sessions telling us this was the way it had to be despite our frustrations.
Direct managers are great. Executive team I'm not so sure what their goals are for the company. I read through the 2023 financial documents and Shareholders received a ridiculously large payout. I've never heard anything about what the Shareholders expect from ADP. We only hear basic goals.
ADP just skimped out on benefits in order to either increase their tax breaks or reduce some work done by the HR team. They made changes and they didn't discuss them widely beforehand and the HR team shares very few details (except those that make them look good). Shady practice. Discussion please.
My co-workers (those on my same level) are great across the board. The problem comes with interaction with people above. One ADP is a word I've heard thrown around but from my perspective this only applies to working with Clients and doesn't appear a priority for internal teams working together.
