Given tasks of those that leave the company however never promoted or compensated for taking on more and more

Taking on roles for those that have left however not getting promoted or compensated for the added work I take on continuously.

Seeing the amount of work and effort I put into each and every day and being told year over year we are working on the promotion to the next level and it never coming to fruition.

Continue to take on more and more however not recognized for it and not compensated nearly as much as I should be having taken on multiple roles as positions were not back filled. Would like promotion to value the work I have put in as well as raise.

Yes, being promised a promotion year after year and then never given one while I continue to take on more and more responsibilities including those that leave the company instead of backfilling role. Would appreciate better increase and promotion to equate to level of effort that is given out
