What makes me happy is how much I like what I do.

Being overlooked for a promotion which was given to a junior employee

They try to focus on our strength and help us strengthen our weaknesses.

They are proactive in addressing any concerns we have, as well as, acknoledging our strengths.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits we have are a wide range, varying from our health and our families, to providing benefits to our family and pets.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Best part of our team is that we help each other, open to exchanging knowlege, and to helping to cover each other duties when one us needs to be off.
