We are there for each other, have each others back.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their openness and transparency. The ADP FEUD this week was a lot of fun.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the 2 retirement plans- 401(k) and ESOP, the tuition repayment plan and the CDHP options
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a very large company with 60k associates, but at the same time, a very close family environment
