My overall experience at ADP has been fantastic. Leadership is supportive and not invisible. I love the connections I've been able to make and hope to be here for many more years!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The view that not everything has to be so serious all the time. We always make room for fun.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team takes the time to connect with me on a personal level. That's something I've never experienced and another job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel very valued by my leaders and I know they appreciate my hard work and dedication. However, that doesn't reflect in bonuses/raises.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is so positive and supportive of one another. Days in the office are fun because we all get along and know how to laugh and relax even when the volumes high.
