it's a great place to work, however the bad apples who's work I see is appalling that they get praises, and the grunts who get stuck working on it are never recognized we just are told to do the work.

because now we have to train people who don't care or take the time to really learn about the values and to assist the client

our team is tight gripped together. we all have the same concerns of how other teams or bu are and unfortunately we are sad about it

actual monitorial bonuses, the my moment points takes forever to obtain, but i rater have cash to pay off bills then buy something that i have no use for, it seems wasted.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we're all blended, but so prejudice that our job is on the line, my job will be moved to somewhere else and I'll be out of a job and can possibly become homeless due to our countries political stand and increase of basic cost of living,
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
learn how to read, use basic comprehension for problem solving. I understand the learning curve is different for everyone, but when the assistance is there for "coworkers" to solve simple questions even that cannot be done. They make it seem what we're all useless and a joke
