There are events, lunches, incentives, BRGs and community around the Augusta ADP!! It's definitely the most invigorating job i've ever had!

Everybody tries to help most days when and where they can. Some of them truly seem to care about your wellbeing as well.

Others, my coworkers, supervisors, and sometimes even the work. I have gotten comfortable with a lot of the knowledge that my coworkers depend on!

we all share similar goals, thoughts, likes, dislikes, passions and we don't take each other seriously and we help each other out whenever we can.

Fixing things successfully! Teaching others, getting others to the "ah ha" moments! Also, decorating the areas, seeing all the festivities, events and more during holidays!

1:1s - I can speak freely sometimes about work sometimes about home life and not worry about the repercussions. Especially if I bring up serious concerns.

I like that mostly everyone says hi; mostly everyone is helpful; mostly everyone works WITH you on anything and willing to get you what you need!

The director could use some work, but my current manager is amazing. It helps if you've been from the ground up and can relate to your associates.

They are always willing to pitch in, help, give advice, look up and get answers with each other on the challenging issues. We have each other's backs.

They have my back, they offer assistance or help at any time, if they don't know usually we collab on who would know and get the issues resolved.

Knowing that everyone else fought to work at ADP just as much as I did, and we get to laugh and develop bonds over our issues. It helps that others know your struggles.

There are business groups and organizations that you can be a part of, the volunteer hours offer a lot of opportunities as well as the diverseness within the workplace makes for interesting point of views! I love how we can all collaborate.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that ADP matches both 401k and Roth, that they contribute to HSA even if I didn't, and I have options for medical and dental. I love the GYM and it's free! I love the Perks at Work area for travel and discounts!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
During our Year end, our team was given additional duties on top of an already stressful and busy time. We were made to feel undervalued because we were being pulled in to do jobs that we'd already graduated from and some of us have knowledge that could've been better used elsewhere.

A lot of folks getting brought in as newbs are getting sign on bonuses. A lot of other jobs compared to mine are getting paid higher at our competitors. I don't wanna leave ADP but I know a lot folks/coworkers who have left and are tempted to because the economy is tough right now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Core Service does a lot and they keep putting more and more responsibility on us and reps leave the dept hoping for more money and less work and then our BU is left to do their work. I feel we should be valued MORE so than other depts since we are the FRONT line for clients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Folks at Mcdonalds do way less than the payroll and customer service team here at ADP and if they are getting $15 p/h, I feel like we should at least get double that. There are a lot of stressful days and I see folks leave ADP for greener grass all the time and ADP invested the training and time.
