I recently started but I am really impressed with the benefits package as a whole. I would've liked a greater opportunity to start off with more PTO, but they ended up starting me working remotely so that more than makes up for a shorter amount of PTO. Great team work up and down the line

openness and communication with each other. We're all working towards the same goals as a team

being back in the retirement industry in a company that wants it's clients to succeed in creating the best retirement opportunities for their employees
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say 2 things stand out. One is a company that is invested heavily in working with strengths and leveraging them to bring the best out of everyone. Second is a genuine understanding that we want each other to succeed so we can succeed in a much larger sense as a team
