They are not overly hands on.

They are very nice people and seem to care about their clients.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody likes working here even though the hours are not great sometimes (International hours).
What makes you most happy at work?
It is rather relaxed - not a lot is expected. You can get your work done in less then 8 hours.

It is very inclusive. We have people from EVERYWHERE in our office and it is great getting to know most of them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are some very nice people. The rest seem to keep to themselves and only interact with their close associates. It is amazing how, in a small office, people do not know each other.
