Even though we are all virtual, we use the Teams chat to stay connected and any member of the team is always willing to help another. I trust my team has my back if I even need help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have not had a negative interaction with a colleague and that says so much about ADP and how employees are treated with respect. We are all adults and I feel the trust to bring my best to work each day. I also have the resources available to be my best.
