Promotions should be based on an individual's performance, rather than on how many promotions are available for a department if we are truly a performance based company.
Stop babysitting us by making some required to report to an office while others are not. We worked independently from home for over 3yrs and being forced to go back to an office for some while it doesn't apply to everyone seems extremely unfair.
