
Better insurance and pay. Cost of living always increases but not the pay. Seems like only board members bonuses matter.
Cost of living is way more than my pay. In other cities with similar living cost make about 10-12k more per year.
Increase the pay and involve associated in the interview process. Management tends to pick new hires that don't mesh with the team.
There is definitely an "i" in team in my department. people need to be held accountable for not performing or being a team player.
