I appreciate the fact that I can always speak up my mind in front of my teammates without being judged.

Aside with the benefits, I think its the culture at work that makes me most happy. It's one of the reasons that I stay too.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that there is a very minimal separation to the pay I'm getting compared to an associate, provided that I'm holding a leadership position. I hope the organization would re-calibrate our pay so we get what each should according to the role each performs.
