My experience has been overall positive. The only thing I wish was better was the awareness of non binary people like myself -- others I interact with all have an agreed opinion that the lack of gender neutral restrooms & constantly being misgendered due to peoples' unawareness can make my day worse

Despite everyone having significant differences we all get along well and our team is rich with different perspectives.
What makes you most happy at work?
My teammates and the evenly spaced breaks so that my day is broken up and not so monotonous

We are very forward thinking, progressive, diverse, and the general consensus is, be good to your employees, and they will be good to your shareholders. We have a great culture that is in cycle with our great business potential.
